Hi John,

The story appeared on Bloomberg today and Voice Technology News is the source. Since my Bloomberg and my internet PC are two different machines, I cannot copy and paste the whole article. I have searched the internet to find and URL but could not find it. though I have to admit, that I am not an internet wizkid.

The story was referring to the first license agreement with Siemens. It's not a very long story, about a two pager, but I don't have time to retype it all manually, I hope you understand.

For those who are concerned about the financial strength (or weakness) of the company, this first licensing agreement not only includes upfront fees and recurring royalties, but also project cost financings. As sick as this balance sheet might look at the first glance, it seems as though they have secured at least part of their future costs going forward.

Regards,

Frank

Hi John,

I have the Bloomberg story as well.

I would post it here on SI except for the fact that Bloomberg tends to be somewhat fanatical about protecting their rights as to copying their stories.

It's on Bloomberg as franco has said.

BTW, I cannot imagine being short or long anything without access to a Bloomberg machine. To me that's a very scary thought. The internet sources are good, but when time counts, Bloomberg is where it's at IMHO.

Good luck, have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and may the Bulls have Christmas and the new year,

Ed
