But, what happened to all those shares you claimed to have bought over $5??

You either took a multi-million dollar loss on those, or they are included in your "average".

If so.. how do you average 1.5MM stock bought over $5 with 1.6MM stock bought at $3 and change and get a cost average at $3 and change? Then add another 1.5MM stock bought at $2.60 and change?

You claim the number of shares is correct at 3MM. So we have 1.6MM at $3 and change and another 1.6MM at $2.60'ish. So what happened to the "other" 1.5MM you bought over $5?
