Volatility is going the other way today. Looks like the bottom was in last Monday at 12K. With the exception of the quick dip to 12K, the market has built a nice base around 12,500.

Greece may be over their head in government debt, but they have the lowest per capita debt of anyone right now in housing. Now that all of the negatives are prices into Spain, the Spanish market has been slowly ticking higher every day since the end of May.

ECB is getting close to a significant policy response. Most of the bailouts are now in place, and the Moody's downgrades have pretty much run their course - for now.
