thanks for info. i hope an international player/players are involved. the doc will surely crank up the fax machine during this time/ doug will begin again to convert us/ and new wells will be drilled/ the price will stabalize at 3-5. how many yrs has this played out? all in all i am hoping this time is different.

Marantz, <Almost everyone has a loss they could use to reduce their tax liability> I think the time frame is too short for a tax play with AKSEF. I believe according to SEC rules if one was to sell today they could not repurchase the same stock for 90 days after selling for a loss. I for one, would not like to be disqualified for 90 days considering the fundamentals could warrant a price run within that time range. ED
