The following article directly addresses and refutes your claim that the Bungler-in-Chief can use prosecutorial discretion in ignoring current immigration law. Pay special attention to the last three paragraphs. If Obama can use "prosecutorial discretion" in this case, then every law on the books is open to a cynical "repeal" by any president. Your form of prosecutorial discretion is executive anarchy.
