If management is accurate about the future prospects, this stock will flat-out explode in 1Q98. The irony here is that as the shorts have sold, they have forced the stock into smarter and stronger hands, and those hands are less likely to sell when the shorts close out their positions. One piece of good news (X-Ray news would be terrific) and this issue could almost instantly go into an out-of-overhead-supply condition, leaping 4-6 points a day as the MM's raise bids to generate inventory (from us, who are not likely to sell) to fill the incoming market buys (all 3.6MM of them). I've been having trouble sleeping with my (big for me)long position on this issue. If I was short those shares, however, I wouldn't get any sleep at all. Regards, John
