PM,
The Rev Jim Bob Cramer of the church of Feelin Good is on CNBC this morning. For those of you who don't know Jim he is the guru at The Street.Com and a regular on CNBC who tells it like it is.
AVNT is in the headlines on Squawk Box because of their upcoming court date that David Farber notes could affect 40 percent of their sales, he said "I can't figure whats holding this one up, this stock should be trash" then went on to say that Fidelity and Amerindo are heavily involved in the stock and its been bad news following bad news. Kramer broke into the conversation and said "Fidelity and Amerindo are still in the stock and you can't figure out whats holding it up?" David Faber asks if Cramer thinks they are holding it up to which Cramer repies, "of course they are, you answered your own question"
but they can't hold it up forever.

Avant! and it's legal troubles being mentioned regularly on CNBC this morning. They mention that Fidelity and Amerindo have large stakes and may be "propping" up the price. Joe Kernan also said something to the effect that they hear all sort of things about Avant! that they don't repeat on the air, at which tim Mark Haines jumps in and says "not that we're holding anything back, we don't put it on the air if we can't prove it". They basically repeated the story accurately, except Joe may have exaggerated a little in the shorts favor. Go Joe!
