Darn I recommended your post also. In fact though you are correct this is not an "executive order by his pen". The Executive order came through Napoliano his appointment to HHS. Let's just call it what it was Obama passing the order to HHS who then is the front man (woman in this case) to do his bidding---his executive order? Devious Obama--------
