Not true. 16 year olds are absolutely breaking the law knowingly. A large group of people breaking the law are getting off so that Obama can get more Hispanic votes. That is absolutely wrong.

Follies ask: "Kenneth, Is entering this country illegally a crime? Yes or no." Ken answers: "There was no intent to commit a crime by these young people." OBJECTION you honor. The witness is being non responsive. He has not addressed the question that he was ask. We don't care about intent. Please instruct him to answer the question or hold him in contempt. I think some of the people here have held him in contempt for quite some time.
