Perhaps many of you have heard of Meyers Pollock Robbins by now? Too loosley paraphrase todays Wall Street Journal, a brokerage firm controlled by organized-crime figures that used bribery and threats to controll six brokers "who were charged with using high-pressure sales tactics and false statements to persuade investors to buy health-and-fitness club", HealthTech International (GYMM $1 1/4). Scary thing about GYMM is that it trades on the Nasdaq small cap market. I thought this only happened on the bulletain board.

I want to confirm for myself that BCMD shares and other shares that I own on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market are not held in Street name by any small brokerages. How do I go about doing this? I believe confirmation will bolster my confidence (speculatively speaking, of course).
