This is a guy who has told so many different stories about his youth, and built himself up so much, even he most likely has a difficult time remembering the real truth. The continuing line of lies and semi-truths has accomplished the purpose of making a 'somebody' out of a 'nobody' ... which was probably his main intent anyway. Politics came later ... after he had lied to everyone around him who didn't know the real truth. I wonder just how much truth Michelle even knew about him when they married. It seems they are sometimes just using each other to further their own ambitions.
