of course obama knows it is an over reach and unconstitutional. His primary purpose has already been achieved. win Latinoes votes! They are parading in the streets and will vote for obama. I expect he could care less, if after the election he loses this in the courts. Even if this is fought in the courts and he losses he will have won with the latineo vote. Obama could care less about the rule of law and is only interested in his election for another term. I hope this motivates more votes to throw him out and drives latinoes to vote for him. Perhaps more republicans that were going to stay home vs vote for romney will now get out and vote for him.
