boy that is sad. he compares our science to a group that has traveled interstellar space. head in hands moment

Fascinating, perhaps they don't exist and we are the only life forms of evolved beings in the entire Universe.

Well that only shows you don't pay much attention , if you do even the slight search on this thread its always been my observance that out of 200bil stars in just the Milky Way galaxy spiral we can assume a pretty huge net number of planets totalling 200bil to 1trillion worlds
Message 28202840

Not surprising it is still quite common to find people that will not even attempt to grasp the long ages the Universe & pretend not to know anything about the vast numbers of other galaxies, somewhere upwards of 300-500bil in number . To accept this would also force even the simplest mind to see that BILLIONS of galaxies with BILLIONS of stars would literally point to trillions of planets , which threatens the very core idea that any "God" would be concerned with only one world out of trillions.

That's just one of my recent posts, in other posts have remarked that if ony 5% of those planets (just in our galaxy) fell into the goldilocks/ temperate green zone that would leave a thinking mind with just simple logic to safely assume conservatively there's 100mil to 400mil planets that would have high probablility of evolving life in just the same way we appreciate its natural abiogenesis here .

Thats just in our one galaxy=Milky Way

Hell, there ain't nobody else. Right mars? We're it.

To go on , out of those probable 100-400mil planets out of 200-500 billion that exist in our own Milky Way that could very easily approximated earth conditions , given time & space & the age of the Universe these planets could have evolved life to the level of our developement , or be in stages of millions or a billion yrs behind us just firing up . Or by the same token there also would very easily be the same possibility of these life bearing planets being that far ahead too , a million yrs not unfeasable .

This is simple logic stated often here infered by our knowing that most star sysytems are replete with planetary orbiting bodies , not a sun alone .

Just when did you miss those dozen posts of mine ?

Here's a tip for you; your science and their science don't mix.

What i do find of interest here is the truely unvoidable parallel any outside casual observer could easily draw between those zealously positing ET's & those who hold themselves fervently enthralled & swayed by the belief in the supernatural . Its is as if all belief or consideration for a middle ground where we find the Universe just so miraculous as it is , its just not enough to satisfy and so many other issues are resolved if we just keep building & building upon these fantastical themes .

That there is intelligent life out there on myriads of worlds , i for one have posted a belief in this many many times. Yet what is strikingly similar to any discussion with those entrenched in their ideas such as the ID'ers here , to that same extent your tunnel focus seems to have missed that in every case .

My little tip for you, terra firma has enough mysteries , try to post reasonable facimilies of the other fellows
positions at least , without the straw men , K ?
