This salmon recipe I made up is actually turning out to be pretty good. I keep a bag of wild shrimp in the freezer. I mix the frozen shrimp with Pepperidge Farms stuffing. I put it in a baking dish and sprinkle some garlic salt, pepper and Italian herbs over it. Then I put a few dabs of butter on top and place my salmon skin up, so the salmon juices can drip down onto the stuffing.

I bake at 350 for about 20/30 minutes and eat it squeezing fresh lemon over it.
