i did not mean to give the impression that the word 'disappointment' was applicable the word i used, and to be polite, was 'regret' the folks used much stronger words, and where it mattered, are busy trying to back step, fast once the unaware immigrant is granted american 'subject' status, his accounts are declarable at the risk of breaking rule-by-making-up-laws, and should he, out of regret, wish to reverse his newly acquired 'subject' identity, a rude exit tax is due, but on his global goodies - particularly those goodies he chose to declare as part of the application process as long as one is not directly affected, the stories are ... catch-22 hilarious
