At some point, the employees retirement fund in some village in Norway or Sweden needs to understand that "investing" in sliced and diced bonds packaged by Goldman Sachs who was betting against them, although rated AAA by an agency, actually has risk which is not backstopped by tax payers. At which point, easy money will not be available for strawberry pickers to buy $600K houses in the central valley of CA.
