The other factor here is that the school system obviously has no control of the system for busing children to and from school and home---------I presume in this case teenagers. The driver should have immediately called the police with the start of this incident.

A parent today must ask the question------"Just how safe are the students when riding a school bus." And, demand that the system be changed to assure that students are safe.

The driver of our school buses with no questions ask, had the authority to stop the bus and put the offenders off of the bus and told to walk home. Students knew it and parents knew it.

In this incident, the driver may have felt intimidated by teens who were beating the girl.
