I read a post where an SI poster claimed that...but I have not read that claim anywhere... Do you have a link? Romney plans to put John Bolton in charge as Secretary of State.

It's ideology pure and simple. Idiots love ideology, because it means they don't have to think through their decisions to understand the ramifications. That's why so many people are subject to religious cults and fads. They buy into things without really understanding the issues, costs, and benefits. There's only one remedy and that's a well-educated population. Alas, we don't have that anymore. More information available to everyone than any other time in history, but most of it is propaganda, not truth.
