Rocky start. The prolific formation and subsequent erosion of metal-rich granite starting 1.9 billion years ago set the stage for multicellular life to evolve, Certain proteins critical for multicellular life, and presumed to have been equally critical for its evolution from single-celled ancestors, require heavy-metal elements, especially copper, zinc, and molybdenum

What nonsense !!

Everyone knows that a rock is a just rock and never changes , continents do not drift, collide & subduct or mountains pushing up exposing new material only to break apart & weather down again into component mineral separation and wash back down to the sea.

(Now to go get my calcium, iron, magnesium & zinc supplements forgot to take last night , what do you know we are made from minerals , i'll bet Jesus was made from them too !)
