I think Kenneth and I are in agreement on this - Dreamer must have entered the US from 1982 to 2000 - Dreamer must now be 18 to 30 years old - Dreamer must be a high school graduate or US military service - Dreamer must speak English. (Ken hasn't agreed to this) - Dreamer must apply with parents and all siblings - Parents and all siblings under 18 or over 30 must be deported - Dreamer has the option of being deported with parents or staying with a legal residence permit - if Dreamer falsifies any information they are deported
