8 trading days until qtr end. Then earning season around the corner. Bulls will probably run it.

Technology has been a pretty quiet. That will probably change.

Those Wall St. types like to pad those qtr end fee #'s.

Best PM strategy right now imo is to buy the dips to the recent lows with tight stops under the lowest low. Then you have a chance to capitalize on the bounce. This is still dangerous if you are buying futures because you could get stopped out much lower than your stop due to the volatility/slippage. You may want to just use this with the ETF's for a lower return/ safer play.
