I am really troubled that the company did not see fit to have a conference call to discuss where they really are and where they think they are going. I thought the $.12 was an inexplicable loss from operations, with the writeoffs in the current quarter. Don't forget the 20% taxes (I presume) on the gain which will have to be paid.

Mike, forgetting the cash added to the balance sheet by the recent sale of Virex, do the company's remaining products serve a need not met be any number of other companies who market a lot better? In other words, would there be a compelling reason for anyone to buy this company for its products? (I have found that technology companies that do not grow are in real danger of eventually going out of business, no matter how strong their balance sheets look.)
