How are the chances for some "hard info". i.e., phone #s; name of the CEO with his phone number, etc. Are you a Securities Broker? I fail to see how converting one's stock holdings to "Hard copy" certificates has any affect on Short Sellers. Would greatly appreciate it if you could educate me on this particular issue. By the way, is it a good idea to chase a stock which has just made a run from below .05 to it's current level of .49 within the last 26 days? Just a novice who is merely curious. Thanking you in advance for your response. Ken

Jean-Pierre,

I liked what you had to say about the stock being shorted! If people could just realize that brokerage firms also "borrow and lend" out the stock that they hold in street we could put an end to the shorting and same some good people and companies.

Please, don't apologize for your english it is excellent! I speak no french so you are already way ahead of most of the posters here <G>.

Take care and please share your sources of information with all of us.

Does this company have a web site? If so please post it.

Delbrouck,

Let me see if I have a grasp on this concept.

XXXX shares in Float.

MM buy up large blocks at rock bottom price. Then issue Great PRESS and as soon as individual shareholders get in the price goes up and without having had physcial hold on the securities they sell at a handsome profit? Then when the price falls they buy in and the game starts in all over. Is this correct?

Buy having shareholders take position of their shares the MM and brokers can not borrow against stocks held in street. Is this correct?

If all this is true, then it appears the brokerage houses USE our shares of stock just like the bankers use our money on deposit at the banks.

Do I have this correct or twisted or what. I think it would help if someone who is compelely knowledgabel in this area would take time to
lay it all out for those of us who are trying to learn the ins and out of the MM and brokerage firms.

Thanks,

Dusty
