Another point about the claim of executive privilege: It's the President's privilege and deals with his communications on Fast and Furious. The claim suggests that the President *was* in the loop on this. I don't think they've thought this through. Watching the proceedings in the House, I'm reminded of the lead-up to Watergate. Obama and his Flying Monkeys at DOJ have pushed us to the brink of a Constitutional crisis.
