Why???????????????? (It's a publicly floated company. Anyone who wants to can buy or sell the shares, and the price is set every day in the markets. The pension plans only own 11% of the shares - hardly enough to influence the direction of the company and certainly nowhere NEAR to having control.) In fact, anyone with 12% or more of the shares can be said to have a larger influence on management's decisions..... :-)
