What do you have in mind? Civilian control of the military is one of the foundational precepts of the republic. We need to stop subjecting our military to political whims every 4 years......

From my local paper: "Illegal immigrants arrested with guns, drugs" The story details a traffic stop that resulted in arrests of three individuals in possession of methamphetamine and firearms. The article concludes: "Freyer [the Sheriff's spokesman] also said it is uncertain how the trio's immigration status will factor into their arrest following a proclamation by President Barack Obama late last week suspending deportation for illegal immigrants who were brought to the United States when they were young. 'We haven't seen how that's going to affect cases like these,' Freyer said." Oh, and did I mention that one of the trio of Yutes is a known gang member? (somehow I doubt these guys would meet the requirement of being a High School graduate)
