Sickening Fraud and Corruption Oozing Out of the White House, Friends of Obama [UPDATE: Obama Invokes Executive Privilege]

Eric Holder's ultimatum to congressional investigators and request that Obama invoke Executive Privilege to cover DoJ communications top the list of jaw-dropping end-of-the-Republic developments, naturally. Compared with that, Lyin' Liz Warren's attacks against Professor Jacobson are just a sideshow, and so is this:
The US Department of Justice’s definiton of “absentee ballot vote fraud” includes “voting or attempting to vote in an election after being disqualified or when the person knows that he or she is not eligible to vote”.

Voter Public Access shows Shansky was most recently registered to vote in Wisconsin at: 3150 S New York Ave, Milwaukee, WI, 53207 (see IMAGE 6). Both he and Voces De La Frontera employee Joseph Shansky (his brother) used this address for the Walker recall petition.
For some background information on Dan Shansky, the “Community Action Now” site identifies him as a board member. He created a Facebook “event” on behalf of and “United Wisconsin”. His Facebook “likes” include “Boycott Scott Walker Contributors”, “Occupy Riverwest” and “Occupy Bayview” . He lists a college degree obtained at age 30 (class of 2012).
The Matthew Finnell who Shansky thanked in the post for keeping him “out of jail” describes himself on LinkedIn as ”New Media Coordinator ” for “Wisconsin Jobs Now”. Thirteen of Shansky’s Facebook friends clicked to indicate that they “like” his absentee vote fraud boast. They include: Eric Meyer (listed as “Event Director” at United Wisconsin), Shayna Kurland (listed as “Market Data Coordinator” at SEIU Healthcare), Gina Rosen (former SEIU employee and UCLA Ph.D candidate) and MPS teacher Stephanie Bollow.
Read the whole thing, and get a glimpse at the web of connections among drawers of , tax-exempt 'charitable' and non-partisan educational foundations, unionistas and garden variety practitioners of attempted or successful voter fraud. More solicitation to voter fraud, via an organization calling itself the Voter Participation Center, closely linked with the Center for American Progress.
After more digging it turns out that the very same thing happened in Wisconsin back in February, including the zip code spoofing of their Government Accountability Board. The blogger over at the Lizzie Files put up a post, showing the exact form from the same group with minor differences like the mailing address.
Also in February, VPC was sending out invalid forms in Colorado.
World Net Daily just reported that VPC doesn’t much care if they’re mailing these forms to non-citizens, either.
VPC Chief Operating Officer Gail Kitch said the potential for voter fraud and citizenship status is not the group’s concern.
“That’s not really the issue,” she said. “I couldn’t answer that question based on the level at which we’re involved. I mean, their citizenship is not something … we would not have any way of knowing that.”
Kitch added that her organization is relying on the integrity of those who receive the applications.
“I think the person themselves, the person who is receiving the form, has the obligation. We’re just sending the form; we’re not even registering people to vote,” she said.
“This is not issue we’re addressing,” she said. “In other words, is this person actually a U. S. citizen?”
Be very, very cautious this election cycle. The Democrats are up to their usual corrupt behavior and there is sure to be more of it coming down the pike.
You may recall that during the recall, Wisconsin's ridiculously named Governmental Accountability Board said that it would honor a recall petition signature from, among others, Adolf Hitler, as long as it was associated with an actual Wisconsin address. Whether that signer existed or resided at the address was no concern of theirs, because every vote must be counted, whether it is attached to a legitimate voter or not. The Board refused to use any of its resources to organize the information in a fashion that would allow it to be checked for duplicates, even, and stated at first that it had no objection to an outside group performing that function. True the Vote then stepped in, placing all the petitions online in PDF form and soliciting volunteers, among whom I was one, to undertake the laborious task of data-entering all the information. They then did a volt-face and said that they would disregard all of that information.
But there were unintended consequences: felons petitioning, judges who might rule on recall-related matters signing, folks in Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm's partisan witch-hunt John Doe investigation signing . . . all matters that I believe Paul Lemmen is now trying to assemble under the roof of one post. True the Vote, MacIver and other operations continue the data-mining to this day.
And all the while, our corrupt, Constitution-violating chief justice officer of the United States continues to try to prevent governments from cleaning up their rolls in advance of the November elections, where we will see unprecedented levels of fraud in an attempt to keep an increasingly illegitimate regime in power. At the same time, Juan Williams and his other eager toadies want everyone to give this vicious, lyinig bastard the benefit of the doubt when it comes to appointing leaks highly partisan leaks investigators and the like. No-Drama Obama? Really? Screw them.

Any Congressperson who votes not to hold Holder in contempt is likewise in violation of their oath of office and must be peremptorily dismissed at the first opportunity.
This follows the administration's attempt to repeal by HHS legislation the conscience clause of the First Amendment, the illegal entry into the Law of the Sea Treaty, the attempt to create law in defiance of Congress by offering amnesty to illegals, the extra-constitutional individual mandate, and the President's various decisions not to execute laws on the books which he is sworn to uphold. It is far beyond enough, and it must be stopped, and anyone in the MSM in a position to cover these multiple breaches of our founding social contract who isn't must be publicly mocked and delegitimized for not doing his or her damned job.
We must insist that all of them do their damned jobs, media, FBI, congresscritters . . . all of them . . . or we are no longer citizens, but subjects.
Stop the lies. David Maraniss knows, now, that Obama's biological father was never a part of a Hawaiian household including Obama and his mother, yet Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie continues to recall socializing with the happy, nonexistent family. So much investment in things that are not, from this reality-based community. What we are witnessing is madness.
UPDATE: And, right on schedule, Obama invokes Executive Privilege, which was, however, an amazing abuse of power and cop-out when George Bush did it over much less controversial matter.

If we didn’t know that the paper trail of Operation Fast and Furious leads directly to the White House — and we did — this morning’s announcement that the Obama administration, at Eric Holder’s explicit request, is exerting executive privilege over the documents subpoenaed by Darrell Issa’s House Oversight Committee ought to assuage all doubts.
Holder's letter is truly too despicable for me to want to reproduce here, so go over there and read it, if you have the stomach.
