there are other serious problems with the company that are more pertinent to the situation that pensions. Recent court ruling is one of them..

pension and health care liabilities are probably about $1.2 - $1.4B from what I can tell, but they have had pension issues since the 80's.

I don't own it, so I have only done cursory DD. Combined with their manufacturing debt - NAV seems to have a built-in poison pill, but there are some sharp characters getting involved who know way more than I do.
