MY OPINIONS ONLY

I believe that the primary reason Shiva's stock price went higher than $14 was takeover speculation.

Looking at the financials from quarter to quarter it is clear that this company's business is on an apparently irreversable decline. There is seldom a week in which analysts earnings aren't lowered. The only reason to cling to this thing now is in the hope that a buyer for the company materializes. Without such an event it is doubtful that the company will survive the next 18 months.
