It wasn't the laws that screwed them, it was Enron

Yes Enron broke the law, but even without that, the law guaranteed higher consumer prices. Without the market distortions created by the law, Enron's scam would not have been possible.

When are you guys EVER going to assign criminal culpability to the politicians?
