I think rape in the US prison system is a first class scandal. I have always suspected the culture was encourage to cow citizens into towing the line.

I can't imagine why it should cost $7 billion to stop it but so be it. Talk about cruel and unusual punishment.

I'm so tired of the question of whether a crime was committed because of hate. People don't do bad things to other people because they like them.
