I didn't believe the Obama/Lawyer story from there. Perhaps, but there is something there in my opinion. One does not spend the time and effort to get a law degree, go through study for and pass the Bar exam and then simply turn in the ticket to be a member of the Bar. I'm sure the Illinois Bar disciplinary records are confidential and in any event have likely been purged, so it is doubtful we will ever know the truth. Edit: On a whim I decided to look up our Secretary of State. She was suspended by the Arkansas Supreme Court for failing to maintain her continuing legal education credits. courts.arkansas.gov And, we all know about WillyJeff's status with the Bar: courts.arkansas.gov
