The Chinese are no fools and they hate to publicly dishonor themselves. Therefore, I don' think it will be approved unless they believe it will be successful.

I hope it's approved and I hope they complete it in 90 days. We'll never see anything like this again in our lifetime, a skyscraper constructed of giant Lego pieces. If it works it will be miraculous.
