I think such terms make complete sense. Korea has to get their economy on firm footing and those companies which basically destroy entire markets without producing any net income should be scuttled.

I sure don't want any of my tax money going to foreign companies that dump. And that includes Samsung. Let them try to compete with the US industry with the bottom line.
