okay DT, let's invest in korea and japan. japan was up yesterday. brazil is a good choice. the daily new lows do need to improve, but it is too early to determine a "bear" market. the disk drive sectors and semiconductor sectors have been hit badly, so if you've invested primarily in these two sectors it would be a bear market for those. some sectors continue to thrive. if you're calling a "bear" market a drop from 30pes to 20pes, then we need to redefine our definition of a bear market don't we.
