I'm not sure, but I don't think CREAF can buy back stock. Something to do with Singapore law. Maybe somebody else could elaborate.

Brian, I've been hoping for the same thing for months now, but unfortunately, CREAF is prohibited by a dumb SES rule. The thing is, the share buyback doesn't have to be a large amount, like SYMC. They don't even have to buy any at all. All they have to do is announce that they want to buy back some and it would have the same bullish effect on the stock price. BTW, CREAF has over $450M in cash. But until this stupid rule is eliminated, it won't happen.

A lot of people think that CREAF should spend it's money on other companies. But I personally think their own stock is a much better investment. After all, if you had that cash in your hand, who would you buy?

CREAF isn't allowed to buy-back stock. Singapore law forbids it.
