Ken and all; I have used Interquote for a couple years now. It has real time or delayed, your choice, based on the subscription you choose. It has instant automatic updates without having to reload the screen. It also has spreadsheet capabilites (realtime) that I find very useful for keeping track of my portfolio. I had a subscription to DBC to compare the two and Interquote, IMHO, won on both price and service.
