They all do this Paul. Clinton, Bush, everyone. This is Obama's first time and Issa is like a cobra out to kill Obama. And he is a really tough mean guy. I would not want him after me. Bush claimed executive privilege 6 times. I think you or I would want to do it once or twice if we were presidnt-g. Just to survive.
