You're reading it correct. However, I believe Calibre can modify the proposed bid - as I have seen others in the past do. I meant to answer your earlier inquiry about Calabre but have been real busy elsewhere. I use to own shares in Deep Basin Energy a couple years back in time. Today they are known as Calibre. Management is completely different from the old organization and they seem to be working very fast in forming the operational foundation of the company. Up to the point of their takeover of the company, they were treading water. I would measure the company from the time of reorganization -- no sense in reviewing prior history. I think the key is how much undeveloped acreage they have and how active a drilling progam will take place over the next 12 months.
