Paul and all,

Got a copy of Trudef..been playing with it..

It has a lot of good features and seems to do a good job converting just about any graphics format you may ever run across....it does it slower than other conversion programs however...and it does not produce consistently the best compressed data file... I recently converted a 1.38 M bitmap ( 24 bits/pixel ) file into Jpeg from a freeware program ( L-View ( avail in the AOL library ) 1994 version ) and the same by using TruDef...results
L-View 48.8K Jpeg
Trudef 54.5K trudef

the conversion into jpeg took 6 sec..into trudef took 23 sec..
retrieval of jpeg's is almost instantaneous...of tdef took 18 seconds.

I love the fact that so many formats are supported!, however the speed would be an issue if someone had to convert a lot of large files...

In all, if they can market the product and GET IT OUT IN PUBLIC and SUPPORT THE SHAREHOLDERS and TOLLERATE shareholder frustration WITHOUT using uneducated terms like PIEHOLE or whatever he called me...they might have a chance to make a name......IF it's not out big time in the next two days...the deal is over this year and we should not buy in until the stock goes under .01 which it will...

Box looks nice!..manual is ok...program loads from CD without any glitches...just needs to be IN THEIR FACES.....!

B

Paul, how quickly you forget...dont you remember ? its been almost 2 years that I posted that I thought TMM was the 90dees version of "AIR AMERICA".....its probably a secret E-Mail slot for the UN inspection team running around IRAQI sand boxes......did someone mention legal action has been started against the evil empires of the past?? who ever they are???? or was that just another throw away post to amuse us on a slow news millinium for TMM??
