I think the viability issue is somewhat elastic for the Saudis .. it is an issue of funding their programs (keeping folks happy) .. considering the constraints on our oil producers.. I dunno that the Saudis are too concerned right now at dropping the price to squeeze out non conventional .. though it would be easier for them to cause a lot of havoc in the Canadian patch now flooding the market..

re: 66 Nuttal also said he doesn't see that (differential) improving soon.. so I wonder at his time frame at considering CNQ .. he says some time in 6 months plus I think...

Yep I think the energy picture is changing fast.. Canada may miss its chance.. we may get the pipes too late...
