Pate, I fail to see how my not believing myself to be in danger of litigation has any connection to the fact that I consider Tonto to be who she/he says he/she is? Aren't they two sererate, unrelated issues? How do I know her financial standings? Well, see, I badgered her on line for many months to send me copies of her confirmation slips - on every trade!! Yes sir! That was my right as I saw it! No, I'm not aware that she/he/Tonto ever openly admitted to lying on this or other threads - about anything. My due dilegence has, in the past, allowed me to buy/sell/short SOLV three times - each time successfully. How's yours doing? How can I spot a shill? Don't know for sure, Pate, Pate, Pate.
