He must have meant 10 Million years… Right about oxygen. I have an ozone generator which makes (what else)--ozone. So basically you have a molecule with 3 oxygen atoms. And that extra atom oxidises bacterial and viral cells like there was no tomorrow. I think the only stronger oxidiser is fluorine.
