U.S. laws and the U.S. Constitution were neither written, designed, nor intended to cope with problems of uncivilized, barabaric, and feral miscreants of extreme and continual violence. We need new solutions to address the special problems they present. Each night all thugs and miscreants should thank their pagan idols and crack gods that I'm not in charge of the criminal justice system. If I were, I would dispatch Mobile Court Units to pick up all of them, whether their gangs number 15 or 150. Once apprehended and read their Miranda Rights, court would proceed immediately based on all available evidence presented while en route to a terminal processing station. The suspects who were found innocent would be released. The ones who were found guilty would be executed in large subterranean gas chambers designed specifically to address such problems. If the judge and jury found that the evidence was questionable, lacking, insufficient, or otherwise flimsy beyond a reasonable doubt, the suspects would be remanded to the slower, more traditional process of jail, possible bonds, court, etc. All efforts would be made to ensure that innocent parties were not convicted and executed. In cases where the video evidence clearly shows the suspects committing violent crimes, and there are numerous eye-witnesses, and the suspects themselves freely boast and admit, "yeah, I killed that muthafuka and I would do it again, beeotch," the time between apprehension by a Mobile Court Unit and execution would be measured in hours, not decades. Bottm line: Build more jails, prisons, and execution centers and use them around the clock! Deploy hundreds of Mobile Court Units in each urban sprawl with problems and collect and dispose of the violent infestations. Rinse and repeat until society and civilization are restored.
