Liberal's kids generally don't do the shit those kids did. Most of my friends taught their kids to be compassionate and most are very nice and few are venal. Remember, for a 100 years in the south parents were teaching their kids segregation was OK; and that sort of thing goes on all over the country still today. Using the N word in front of them and exhibiting derision and callousness toward blacks in front of those kids i.e. in effect saying that bad behavior was OK. What kind of lesson do the kids learn from that type of behavior? The movie "The Help" says it all. And look at how the Tea Party conducts itself, just constant mindless rage. Liberals generally have more decorum. You know better than most, the right wing threads are battlefields of bad behavior. You don't see much of that on liberal threads. Liberals are generally quite polite. Take you and I for example. Even when you are the most upset with my ideas you maintain your civility. Example: I just finished talking to my daughter. I was telling her about a friend I have who is a lawyer, a judge and now is a general contractor. But he only has one award on his wall. It is for volunteer work to help immigrants speak english. My daughter thought that was so cool. Parents who teach their kids compassion, usually have compassionate kids.
