The 9/11 hijackers were from fairly wealthy good families, had college degrees, some advanced, passports. The type of people you describe above are the type the 9/11 types might strap a bomb vest to in Iraq. No threat to the US - they don't speak English, have no ability even to GET to the US, and are no threat to us.
