Notice how the insurance companies have indicated that they will keep almost all of the Obamacare provisions. It is in their interest to do so as long as they can freely decide how much they can charge as premiums. So we are back to square one if Obamacare is struck down where Govt. would be removed from deciding insurance rates. Right now, I am being forced to buy Social Security ( direct deduction from my paycheck). So why not extend this to Buying health insurance.
