I know Romneycare is a State program. If this is not a nation but just a group of states then it should be as such when the Federal Govt. taxes the blue states and takes those funds and gives it to the Red States. Or when a state like CA legalizes marijuana, the Feds should not step in like they did. It isntheusual pick and choose. Like as the mother cannot exercise beer choice to have the baby or not, but once born the state should not be obligated for the care of the child. It makes no sense that universal health care would be good if a Govt. such as the State of Mass. Runs it for their residents but not if the Feds run it for all their citizens. You cannot sell that to the liberals who are free thinkers by virtue of their education.
