It's still a jump ball in Egypt. What does "president" mean? Under Mubarak it meant dictator, but that system is over now. The new parliament was supposed to write the new constitution, but SCAF dissolved the parliament, so there is no constitution. So "president" means whatever gets settled between SCAF and the MB, and SCAF seems to have the stronger hand at the moment.
