I've considered on my own what you have postulated. That may be what the Collectivist Globalists think, but multicultaralism and importing uneducated foreigners from countries with average IQs of 85 doesn't solve the growth problem, it makes it worse because we are paying out more to them than they actually produce. That's why they are incentivized to migrate, so they can get more than they actually produce.
